Job description for Retail Sales Specialist at The medium

SALES POSITION — THE MEDIUM BALI

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales professional to join our team at The Medium Bali.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in retail sales is essential

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Experience following up leads via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms

* Strong understanding of margins, pricing and discounting

* Confident in converting leads into sales

* Proactive, persuasive and target-oriented

* Interest or experience in furniture, design, art or lifestyle is a plus

Candidates:

* Indonesian candidates are welcome

* Expat candidates must hold a valid KITAS and work permit in Indonesia
