Retail Sales Executive (Showroom-Focused)
Position Title
Retail Sales Executive – Boloni Showroom (Jakarta)
Reporting To
Showroom Manager
Role Purpose
Drive showroom sales through walk-in and appointment-based customers by delivering strong product knowledge, effective coordination, and closing capability.
This is a transactional, execution-focused role within showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Showroom Sales & Customer Engagement (Core)
• Attend to:
o Walk-in customers
o Scheduled appointments
• Present Boloni product range:
o Wardrobes
o Kitchens
o Interior systems
• Explain:
o Materials and finishes
o Functional features
o Pricing structure
B. Sales Conversion & Closing
• Prepare:
o Quotations
o Product selections
o Basic layouts (with designers)
• Follow up on leads within 24–48 hours
• Close sales efficiently
• Achieve monthly sales targets
C. Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate with:
o Designers (drawings)
o Project team (site measurement)
o Operations (installation scheduling)
• Ensure smooth handover:
Sale → Execution → Delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales tracking
D. Showroom Management & Brand Standards
• Maintain showroom:
o Cleanliness
o Sample organisation
o Visual merchandising
• Support events, launches, and promotions
• Uphold premium brand image at all times
KPIs
• Monthly sales revenue
• Conversion rate (walk-in to sale)
• Average deal size
• Lead follow-up timeliness
• Post-sales customer satisfaction
Required Profile
Experience
• 2–5 years in:
o Interior showroom sales
o Luxury retail
o Property-related sales
Skills & Attributes
• Strong closing ability
• Detail-oriented and product-focused
• Presentable, proactive, and customer-friendly
• Comfortable working weekends and retail hours
• Languages:
o Bahasa Indonesia (required)
o English (preferred)
Compensation
