Job description for Retail Sales Assistant (Fashion Store) at PT SUN AND MOON
We are looking for a dedicated, detailed, and hard-working Sales Associate to join our fashion boutique in Central Canggu!
Key Requirements:
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong communication and sales skills.
Friendly, honest, proactive, and presentable with a positive attitude.
Retail Experience Required: Previous retail experience and proficiency with Moka POS System.
High Standards: Exceptional attention to detail, cleanliness, and hard-working mentality.
Priority: Candidates who are available for an in-person interview in Canggu now.
Daily Duties:
Store cleaning (flooring, display shelves, maintaining store hygiene).
Garment care (checking for loose threads, steaming/ironing, tidying up stock).
Customer service, active sales, and operating the Moka system.
Working Hours (Shift Basis):
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Central Canggu, Bali
Compensation:
Base Salary IDR 3,500,000 + Sales Commission upon hitting targets + Birthday gift.
