Retail Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies.

2. Sales and Revenue: Achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

3. Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop sales staff to enhance customer experience and sales performance.

4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and implement customer retention strategies.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and minimize stockouts and overstocking.

6. Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive store displays, window displays, and promotional materials.

7. Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage store budgets, forecast sales, and control expenses.

8. Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights for improvement.

9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications :
