Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-oriented Retail Staff member to support the daily operations of our retail shop. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring accurate stock handling, maintaining attractive product displays, and supporting smooth retail transactions.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and sociable personality
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong attention to detail, particularly in product labeling and stock accuracy
Positive, team-oriented, and reliable
Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Description

Provide friendly and excellent customer service to guests
Handle retail transactions and ensure a smooth shopping experience
Support the overall daily operations of the retail shop
Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate inventory handling
Assist with receiving and releasing retail goods
Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and well-maintained
Accurately record all transactions on the Shopping Charge Form
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
Assist with other retail operational tasks as required
