Job description for Retail Equity Sales at Sucor Group
Sucor Sekuritas is looking for a Retail Equity Sales professional to join our growing team and contribute to expanding our client network while delivering exceptional investment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients.
- Grow clients' stock trading activities.
- Promote and increase the utilization of Margin facilities.
- Develop and grow mutual fund assets under management (AUM).
- Maintain strong client engagement and relationships.
- Provide capital market education and investment insights to clients.
- Assist clients in utilizing the company's trading and investment platform.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Holder of active WPPE or WPPE-P certification.
- Strong understanding of the capital market and investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong prospecting and business development capabilities.
- Ability to actively acquire and develop clients.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Proactive with strong initiative.
- Experience working in a securities company is preferred.
- Previous experience as an Equity Sales, Relationship Manager, Investment Consultant, or similar role.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
