Job description for Retail Associate (Senayan Park) at M&G Life

Tanggung Jawab:

- Melayani konsumen, mengemas produk, dan menata display produk.

- Mencapai target penjualan.

- Menjaga kebersihan toko dan gudang.

- Mengurus transaksi penjualan.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan:

1. Lulusan SMA / SMK sederajat

2. Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, berkepribadian menyenangkan, dan sikap belajar yang positif.

3. Memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi serta sikap proaktif.

4. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 6 bulan di industri retail, pelatihan akan diberikan oleh Perusahaan.

5. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift bergilir, dengan enam hari kerja per minggu dan satu hari libur.
