About the role
We are a thriving bakery in Jakarta, is seeking a talented Retail Assistant and Admin / Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
• Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Handle cashier duties, including POS transactions and daily reconciliation
• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Assist customers with product inquiries and orders
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised retail space
• Perform administrative and data entry tasks
• Assist with inventory tracking and stock control
What we're looking for
• Honest and reliable
• Experience in a customer-facing role (food & beverage is a plus)
• Comfortable with basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, simple records)
• Can think on their feet and solution-oriented
• Basic English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
