Job Descriptions
- Conduct regular visits to Baha Gia stores and consignment partners.
- Deliver excellent customer service at the Baha Gia HQ boutique and build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Manage inventory replenishment, stock transfers, and monitor product performance.
- Collect and analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
- Create reports and dashboards to support sales performance and business decisions.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure smooth retail operations.
- Monitor store operations, SOP compliance, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, or any related field
- 2+ years of experience in retail fashion (preferred)
- Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
