Job Descriptions:
- Achieve sales targets for both flagship store and existing GT channels.
- Oversee flagship store operations (pricing, promotions, stock management).
- Ensure consistent implementation of VM guidelines across all points of sale
- Supervise, motivate, and train BAs in both flagship stores and GT outlets.
- Plan and execute brand activations, including in-store events and off-site marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility and sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
- Domiciled in DENPASAR, BALI.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail operations or GT channel management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and event execution skills.
- Proficient in POS systems and MS Office (Excel).
- Comprehensive understanding of the Health & Beauty industry and consumer trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
