Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to maintain high service standards.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for operational effectiveness.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are properly maintained.
Assist in preparing staff schedules and operational reports.
Monitor stock usage and support inventory control when needed.
Ensure all company SOPs and hospitality standards are implemented consistently.
Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
