Job description for Restaurant Supervisor at Holycow! Bhadranaya Group

Job Responbilities:

• Achieve sales target

• Monitoring, Coaching and empowering team.

• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.

• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

• Male or female

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Food Beverage Service Management or equivalent

• Strong leadership skill and good management.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is require for this position.

• Good communications and interpersonal skills

• Daily ordering & maintain estimate consumption, forecast requirement & maintain inventory

• Detailed oriented

• Very good creative and innovation skills.

• Training Staff to follow restaurant procedure.

• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.

• Willing to work in Bandara Halim Jakarta Timur
