Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor restaurant sales performance and support the achievement of business targets.
- Ensure all restaurant operations run efficiently and in compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Supervise daily operations, food quality, service quality, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field/Senior High School are welcome
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the F&B or Restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Highly responsible, passionate, committed, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in the Wingstop Samarinda Area.
