Job Description:
We are hiring dedicated and passionate individuals to join our restaurant team in Japan. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. This position is open to both male and female applicants who are enthusiastic about working in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.
Assist in food preparation and ensure food quality meets company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Work effectively in a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Job Requirements:
Gender: Male/Female
Work Location: Japan
Language Requirement: JLPT N3 (Japanese Language Proficiency)
Certification: SSW Restaurant/Senmonkyu/Hyokachosho in a relevant field
Experience: Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage
Employment Details:
Work System: Contract-based with a flexible annual work system
Salary: ¥275,000 - ¥333,000 per month
Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (8-hour shift with a 1-hour break)
Days Off: 8 days per month (Monday is a fixed day off, total 96 days per year)

Transportation Allowance: ¥5,000 per month
Insurance Coverage: Full coverage (labor insurance, accident insurance, health insurance, pension)
Performance Bonus: ¥20,000 per month if the target is achieved
