OPEN HIRING – SERVER (BUTTRHOOD)
📍 Placement: Buttrhood – Ashta District 8, Jakarta Selatan
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
- Able to communicate in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks according to company standards and SOPs.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards at all times.
