Responsible:
1. Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations.
2. Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs.
3. Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies.
4. Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaints.
General requirements:
1. Proven work experience in a restaurant setting.
2. Understanding of financial management.
3. Highly strong problem-solving skills and decision making.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team.
5. Ability to build relationships, internal and external department.
6. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
7. Effective time management skills.
8. Proficient in English both oral & written.
9. Well groom and good personality.
10. Clear attention to detail.
11. Willing to stay in Nusa Ceningan Island.
