Job description for Restaurant Manager at WET PLATE KITCHEN

As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily FOH operations and lead the service team
- Be present on the floor and personally welcome, host and engage with guest
- Maintain high service, hospitality and presention standarts
- Train, motivate and manage staff performances and schedules
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback and solve problems quickly and professionally
- Monitor sales, service quality, operational efficiency and POS procedures
- Work with management to improve revenue, efficency and profitabillity
- Take Ownership: problems are reported immediately together with a proposed solution.
Ideal Candidate :
- 3+ years experience in restaurant / hospitality management or FOH leadership.
- Excellent English and confident communication with interantional guests.
- Strong leadership, natural charisma and a warm, confident personality.
- Energetic, well-presented, proactive and highly guest oriented
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
