Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor sales, service charge, and operational performance
Control operational costs, stock usage, and minimize wastage
Ensure all SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
About you
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good command of English
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
Able to work under pressure and manage a dynamic team
Professional and positive attitude
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
