- Oversee daily operations of 2 restaurant outlets.
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Handle customer feedback and operational issues.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and daily operational performance.
- Train and evaluate staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, restaurant, or related operations.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, or Supervisor is preferred.
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple outlets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to travel between West Jakarta and North Jakarta outlets.
