Job description for Restaurant Manager at Bendino Cafe

Pendidikan :

  • Minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) di bidang Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Management, atau bidang terkait.
  • Sertifikasi Food Safety/HACCP menjadi nilai tambah.

Pengalaman

  • Minimal 3–5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Restaurant Manager, Café Manager, atau Store Manager di industri Food & Beverage.
  • Memiliki pengalaman mengelola operasional restoran/café secara menyeluruh (front of house & back of house).
  • Berpengalaman memimpin tim minimal 10–20 orang.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam meningkatkan penjualan, customer satisfaction, dan profitabilitas outlet.

  • Menguasai penggunaan sistem POS (Point of Sales) dan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Memahami strategi marketing, promosi, serta digital engagement untuk meningkatkan traffic pelanggan.

Tanggung Jawab Tambahan

  • Memastikan seluruh SOP operasional dijalankan secara konsisten.
  • Menjaga kualitas makanan, minuman, pelayanan, dan kebersihan outlet.
  • Mengelola KPI operasional seperti: sales revenue, food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, customer satisfaction , online review rating dan inventory accuracy
  • Menangani customer complaint secara profesional.
  • Melakukan coaching, training, dan performance appraisal terhadap seluruh staf.
  • Menyusun laporan operasional harian, mingguan, dan bulanan kepada manajemen.

  • Passionate terhadap dunia hospitality dan pelayanan.
  • Memiliki business mindset serta mampu mengembangkan profit outlet.
  • Detail-oriented dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.
  • Adaptif terhadap perubahan dan tren industri F&B.
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur nasional.

Nilai Tambah (Preferred)

  • Memiliki jaringan supplier F&B yang luas.
  • Memahami coffee culture, specialty coffee, dan menu engineering.
  • Berpengalaman mengelola event, private dining, atau community gathering.
  • Familiar dengan platform delivery online (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood) serta strategi promosi digital.
