Job Responbilities:
• Achieve sales target
• Monitoring Coaching and empowering team.
• Manage & oversee service and products offered in an outlet’s operations.
• To assist in the Kitchen, Service Operation and help maintain high level of service that consistenly.
• Make operational shift work schedule.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring all food beverages supply.
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Make a report to Operational Division.
Job Requirements:
• Maximum 35 year(s) old
• Male or female
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Food Beverage Service Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required fir this position.
• Leadership & Time Management.
• Having a high commitment, energic, and positive attitude.
• Have a good managerial and communication skills
• Maintaining safety and food quality standard.
• Training Staff to follow restaurant procedure.
• Very good creative and innovation skills.
• Detailed oriented
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
