Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills..
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety
- Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment & lead big groups of people
