Assistant Restaurant Manager

📍 Location: Sanur, Bali

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.

📋 Job Responsibilities

* Assist the owner with daily restaurant operations.

* Supervise staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.

* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.

* Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily stock checks.

* Supervise customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

* Monitor daily sales, payment records, and operational reports.

* Ensure employees follow restaurant SOPs.

* Submit daily operational reports to owne.

✅ Requirements

* Previous experience in restaurant operations or team supervision.

* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to manage staff and handle daily operational issues independently without remind.

* Good English communication skills are an advantage.

💰 Salary & Benefits

* Basic Salary: IDR 5,000,000/month

* Attendance Bonus: IDR 300,000/month

* Performance Bonus/service fee: IDR 1,000,000–3,000,000/month

* Staff meals provided.

* BPJS.
