Job description for Restaurant and Beverage Manager at Global Center
Key Responsibilities
* Floor Operations: Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
* Food & Beverage Quality: Check food and beverage quality, presentation, and serving standards.
* Equipment & Inventory: Monitor restaurant equipment, tableware, and supplies to ensure availability and proper use.
* Team Leadership & Hygiene: Lead, train, and motivate the service team while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
* Attendance & Performance: Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
* Customer Relations: Manage reservations, welcome guests, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a positive dining experience.
* Daily Reporting: Prepare daily operational reports and recommend service improvements.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Leader, or in a similar position.
* Minimum high school diploma; hospitality education is preferred.
* Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
* Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Must have their own motorbike for transportation.
* Available to start immediately
