Job description for Restaurant & Bar Manager at Origin Collection
WE’RE HIRING | ORIGIN ULUWATU
Origin Uluwatu is the first tented villas of its kind in Bali's famed Bukit, a collection of 14 luxury tents in lush tropical garden, is looking for experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our team.
Qualifications:
• Min. 3 years’ experience in a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor/Manager role, preferably in a boutique hotel, villa or lifestyle property
• Fluent in English with strong guest engagement skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant service, barista coffee and classic cocktails
• Familiar with POS, cash handling, stock control and basic revenue reporting
• Confident, hands-on and able to run daily operations independently
• Currently based in Bali, preferably residing in or around the Uluwatu area (Pecatu/Ungasan/Nusa Dua/Jimbaran/Tuban)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily restaurant, bar and poolside operations
• Act as a welcoming host and engage confidently with international guests
• Maintain high beverage and service standards
• Manage daily stock, inventory and wastage
• Ensure accurate POS, cash handling and daily revenue reporting
