REQUIREMENTS:

Honest, passionate, detail oriented and responsible
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in managing a dynamic team, preferably at a resort setting
Knowledge of financial reports and budgeting
Fluent in English and customer satisfaction
Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
Willing to be placed in Ubud
