Pendidikan Min D3 dari semua jurusan
Pengalaman Min di sd 2th di bidang yg bersangkutan
⁠Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel, Word, dan PowerPoint.
Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan rumus Microsoft Excel seperti VLOOKUP, IF, Mail Merge, dan fungsi sejenisnya.
Memahami sistem pengarsipan dan pengelolaan dokumen, baik fisik maupun digital.
Memiliki kemampuan korespondensi dan komunikasi tertulis yang baik.
Memiliki tingkat ketelitian dan perhatian terhadap detail yang tinggi dalam bekerja.
Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Administrasi Bisnis, Administrasi Perkantoran, Akuntansi, atau bidang terkait.

Job Desc :

Menyiapkan administrasi penjadwalan, undangan, serta dokumentasi kegiatan peninjauan dan serah terima unit.
Mengelola dokumen tenant, seperti perjanjian, surat menyurat, dan data administrasi lainnya.
Memastikan database tenant selalu diperbarui dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.
Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen tenant secara rapi, sistematis, dan sesuai prosedur perusahaan
