Requirments:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
2.Have 15 years of construction management experience
3.At least 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas mega projects
4.Previous experience working for a recognized international EPC company
5.Strong knowledge if construction planning,scheduling,cost control, and subcontractor management
6.Familiar with international and or Indonesia construction codes and safety regulations
7.Proficient in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Ms project (preferred)
8.Fluent in English both spoken and written
9.Strong leadership,stakeholder management and cross -cultural communication skills
10.Able to work under pressure and willing to be based full time at the Balongan Project Site
11.PMP,NEBOSH or AK3 Umum certification is an advantage
12.Experience with Indonesian Oil & Gas projects,particularly in West Java is preferred
13.Basic conversational Chinese is a plus
Job Description:
-Resident Construction Manager to lead and oversee all on site construction activities for a major Oil & Gas project.
-The role is responsible for ensuring project execution in accordance with schedule,quality,safety and cost objectives.
-The Resident Construction Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams,manage projects resources,monitor progress,enforce HSE and quality standards and serve as the primary interface between the client,contractors,authorities and internal project stakeholders.
-The position also involves risk management,subcontractor performance monitoring and ensuring proper project documentation and compliance throughout the construction phase.
