We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Operations and Reservation Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business while working in E-Commerce Operations and Reservation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and ensuring seamless reservation processes optimizing our e-commerce platforms, and driving digital marketing initiatives to increase our online visibility and bookings. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that all reservations are handled efficiently and that our guests receive exceptional service before, during, and after their stay.
To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a focus on hospitality, business administration, or related fields.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar roles within the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills are essential, as you will interact directly with our guests and manage their reservations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly Google Ads, is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of service.
