Job description for Reservation at Alas Harum Group
Responsibilities :
- Selling products by using sales techniques.
- Promoting Cretya Sunset & Reason Adventure products and facilities.
- Maintain knowledge about products and services available at Cretya Sunset & Alasan Adventure (such as promotional prices & facilities, special prices etc.).
- Establish good relationships with guests.
- Record and process orders made using various media.
- Note down payment methods that have been specifically arranged for group and convention guests.
- Create monthly reservation reports.
- Archive order data accurately.
Requirement :
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Minimum 1 year experience as reservation.
- Able in operating computers, MS Office, Internet.
- Able to work well in a team and able to communicate well.
- Understand product knowledge well.
- Able to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Have good analytical and critical skills.
- Frequently use the internet and social media.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Diligent and Honest.
- Creative.
- High integrity .
