Job description for Reservation Staff at Mahaprana Management

About the Role

Mahaprana Experience is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservation Staff to join our growing hospitality team. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent guest experience by managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring accurate booking administration across our hotel portfolio.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or looking to start your career in hospitality, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and online chat professionally and promptly.
  • Process reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and guest requests.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and administrative documents.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team with general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding reservations, guest requests, and daily operations.
  • Ensure all reservation information is updated accurately in the system.
  • Perform other reservation and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or Experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Willing to learn and support different operational tasks.
  • Previous experience in reservations or hospitality is an advantage.
