Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Perhotelan, Pariwisata atau Ekonomi Pemasaran
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama
Berpenampilan rapi dan menarik
Mampu mengoperasikan sistem reservasi hotel & Ms. Office
Mampu Mengelola komunikasi baik dengan tamu dan Online Travel Agent
Ramah, jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki attitude pelayanan yang baik
