Reservation Staff
Requirement:
1. Min 2 year experience in Reservation or similar position
2. Fluent in English (spoken and writen)
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and multi tasking
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, email)
5. Experience in handling guest inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and payment confirmations.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, and perform effectively under pressure.
7. Proficiency in GuestPro and Channex is preferred.
8. Good understanding of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.)
Responsibilities:
1. Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently through GuestPro PMS.
2. Ensure accurate input of booking details, payment status, and guest information.
3. Handle guest inquiries and provide clear, professional assistance.
4. Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and finance to ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
5. Maintain accurate and updated records of booking dates, rates, and payment confirmations.
