HIRING: RESERVATION STAFF

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations at a hotel, resort, or villa.

• Experience using VHP Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.

• Familiar with OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or similar platforms.

• Good understanding of reservation procedures and room/villa allocation.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
