About The Role :
We are seeking an organized and proactive Reservations Sales Agent to oversee the daily operations of our reservations team across our Canggu and Uluwatu properties. This role ensures that all booking inquiries, guest details, and reservation processes are handled with precision, efficiency, and a high standard of service.
The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting the team, maintaining reservation accuracy, optimizing occupancy, and coordinating with Sales and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless luxury guest experience. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in building reservation systems or SOPs, and demonstrates strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and respond to booking inquiries for Canggu, Uluwatu and Ubud properties across all channels.
Supervise and support the reservations team in daily operations and workload management.
Ensure accuracy of reservations data including rates availability and guest details.
Monitor booking conversions and follow up on pending inquiries to maximize occupancy.
Coordinate closely with sales operations and front office teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Handle complex or high priority reservations and guest requests when required.
Maintain clear SOPs and ensure the team follows established reservation standards.
Provide training guidance and performance feedback to reservation staff.
Act as the main point of coordination between the reservations team and B2B sales by reviewing, filtering, and prioritizing incoming inquiries related to retreat groups, weddings, and group bookings, ensuring qualified leads are escalated promptly to the sales team with clear details and context.
Key Qualifications :
Experienced using VHP
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reservations or front office in luxury hotels/villas
Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management System), OTA channels, and booking platforms
Proven experience in managing and supervising a reservations team
Ability to analyze booking trends and optimize occupancy/revenue
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team interactions
Ability to handle VIP and complex reservations professionally
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in guest data management
Familiarity with B2B sales coordination, including retreats, weddings, and group bookings
Ability to train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements
Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest experience best practices
