Job description for Reservation Officer at Aralea CoLiving

Bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola seluruh kegiatan reservasi untuk 31 kamar dan 1 café, mulai dari menerima dan memproses pemesanan, memastikan ketersediaan kamar, melakukan input dan update reservasi, serta melakukan koordinasi dengan Front Office, Housekeeping, dan F&B.

Tugas utama meliputi:

* Mengelola reservasi melalui OTA, WhatsApp, telepon, walk-in, dan direct booking.

* Memastikan ketersediaan dan status 31 kamar selalu ter-update.

* Melakukan konfirmasi, perubahan, pembatalan, dan follow-up reservasi.

* Memastikan detail booking, harga, jumlah tamu, dan special request tercatat dengan benar.

* Melakukan koordinasi dengan Front Office terkait arrival, departure, dan kebutuhan tamu.

* Berkoordinasi dengan Café/F&B terkait reservasi atau kebutuhan tamu yang berkaitan dengan café.

* Membantu melakukan upselling kamar, breakfast, café, dan fasilitas hotel.

* Memantau reservasi harian serta membuat laporan dan handover kepada tim terkait.

* Menjaga komunikasi yang cepat, akurat, dan profesional dengan tamu maupun pihak terkait.
