Job Descriptions :

1. Make hotel, transport, tour & others reservation based on client preferences and availability.

2. Offer flight options, tour choices, recommendations for transportation and lodging.

3. Preparing travel documents.

4. Keeping track of floating deposit & refund at supplier.

5. Managing and cultivating positive relationships with suppliers and clients.

6. Address and resolve customer issues or complaints.

7. Oversee all reservation & operation for travelers include client with disability.

8. Execute include accessibility surveys of accommodations and Bali destinations.

9. Together with the team develop the marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Has excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.

2. Demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset.

3. Knowledgeable and experienced In Domestic Ticketing.

4. Knowledgeable and experienced In Domestic Tours

5. Proficient in managing international clients.

6. Willing to execute accessibility surveys of accommodations and Bali destinations.

7. Willing to participate in our marketing strategies.
