Job description for Reservation Officer at PT. YOLLA INVESTMENT GROUP
- Handle and monitor room reservations through direct, OTA, travel agent, and other channels.
- Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and no-show reservations.
- Ensure all reservation details are complete and accurately recorded in the system.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with Front Office and relevant departments.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding room types, rates, availability, and hotel facilities.
- Prepare quotations and booking confirmations according to company standards.
- Coordinate special requests, room preferences, and VIP arrangements with relevant departments.
- Monitor group bookings, allotments, and special reservations.
- Follow up on pending, tentative, and unconfirmed reservations.
- Assist in monitoring room inventory, rates, and restrictions.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and communicate important booking updates to the team.
- Assist in handling reservation issues and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Ensure all reservation procedures comply with hotel SOPs and service standards.
