Job description for Reservation & Social Media Admin at Ticketboat.id

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in the travel industry, handling customer reservations, and supporting social media activities. This role combines reservation operations, customer communication, and simple content/social media management.

Responsibilities

Handle online reservations and customer inquiries.
Assist customers through WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
Create and upload simple social media content for Ticketboat.id.
Visit harbors and tourist destinations for light content creation when needed.
Write simple captions and support Instagram/TikTok updates.
Handle lightweight product and database updates.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.
Support weekend reservation operations remotely (Saturday & Sunday).

Requirements

Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and CapCut.
Basic smartphone photo/video editing skills.
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
Based in Bali.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in tourism, hospitality, and travel industries.

Work Schedule

Hybrid working model.
Remote weekend operations.
Weekly off-day on Fridays.
