REQUIREMENTS :
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong basic analytical skills.
- Language: Good command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively manage international guest reviews and platform settings.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with OTA Extranets and/or Channel Management Systems is highly preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented (especially for rate loading accuracy), proactive, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
