We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Reservation & E-Commerce Team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order processing, customer support, and team coordination. They will oversee the daily functions of the reservation system, ensure accurate and timely communication with customers, and work closely with the marketing team to drive online sales. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, maintaining strong relationships with online travel agents, and leading a motivated team to achieve business goals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Candidates should hold an Associate Degree and have between 3 years as a Reservation & E-commerce agent
Proficiency in Customer Service, Leadership, Digital Marketing, Order Management, Teamwork, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Team Management, and Online Travel Agent (OTA) systems is required.
