Reservation and E-commerce Supervisor
General qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Manager, Booking Engine, OTA extranets, and online distribution platforms.
- Understanding of revenue management principles, room inventory control, pricing strategies, and upselling techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reservations and booking requests accurately.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor booking trends, pickup pace, cancellations, and occupancy performance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills with the ability to train, coach, and support the Reservations team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experienced in preparing reports, forecasts, and operational documentation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.
