Experience working with Millennium Software a plus
Demonstrated leadership in building high-performance teams
Accomplishing call center human resource objectives by recruiting, coaching, developing and performance managing employees
Demonstrating an unyielding passion for the guest experience, culture, mission and vision by troubleshooting and resolving all guest and partner issues in a timely manner with mutually beneficial outcomes
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of call center operations management
