Job description for Reservation & Customer Relations at Eling Group

Sang Spa Bali, one of the leading wellness and spa establishments in Ubud, is currently looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Reservation & Customer Relations Staff.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily reservations and guest inquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.
  • Manage guest communication and provide accurate information about spa services.
  • Coordinate booking schedules with the operational team.
  • Maintain organized guest data and reservation records.
  • Ensure a professional and positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

  • Currently residing in Bali (preferably Ubud area).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality, spa, or wellness industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in using email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and social media.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
