Job description for Reservation Agent at TJENDANA CORPORATION
TRM Hospitality is part of Tjendana Corporation, a Bali-based hospitality and tourism group managing a portfolio of hotels, resorts, and villas. Our centralized Reservation Team handles reservations across multiple properties, ensuring smooth coordination and quality service for our guests.
Placement: Head Office, Buluh Indah - Denpasar
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reservation, preferably in hotel/resort or villa operations.
- Experienced in handling cluster/multi-property reservations, managing bookings for several hotels, resorts, or villas simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of room inventory, rates, availability, booking procedures, and reservation systems.
- Familiar with OTA, direct booking, travel agents, and corporate reservations.
- Able to handle multiple properties, booking channels, and reservation requests simultaneously with accuracy.
- Good understanding of room types, packages, promotions, cancellation policies, and payment procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and operational teams across different properties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with hotel PMS or reservation systems is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed at TRM Hospitality Head Office and handle reservations for multiple resort and villa properties.
