Reservation Agent ( Focus Airbnb )
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process reservations from Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms, including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Airbnb.
* Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory across OTA channels.
* Update booking details, cancellations, modifications, and special guest requests accurately.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and reservation requests through OTA messaging systems.
* Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
* Ensure all reservation records are accurate and up to date in the property management system (PMS).
* Monitor OTA performance and maintain high response rates and guest satisfaction.
* Resolve reservation issues and handle guest complaints professionally.
* Assist in optimising OTA listings to maximise occupancy and revenue.
* Prepare daily reservation reports and support revenue management activities.
