Job Description :

• Membantu proses reservasi kamar tamu

• Memeriksa registrasi online travel agent

• Menyambut tamu saat check-in dan administrasi check-out

• Mengarahkan dan menerima pembayaran dari tamu

• Menerima serta mengelola komentar dan komplain tamu

• Melakukan proses input data dalam sistem hotel

• Menjaga kebersihan area Front Office
