Penerimaan dan Pelayanan Tamu: Menyapa pengunjung, memastikan keperluan mereka, dan mengarahkan ke divisi yang tepat.

Manajemen Komunikasi: Menerima, menjawab, dan meneruskan panggilan telepon masuk, serta mencatat pesan jika diperlukan.

Pengelolaan Administrasi: Mencatat logbook tamu, mengelola arsip, serta memproses surat dan paket yang masuk atau keluar.

Keahlian Pendukung: Kemampuan multitasking, pemecahan masalah, dan penguasaan Microsoft Office
