- Fresh graduate in Nutrition, Food Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in food and health trends with a basic understanding of functional foods
- Capable of conducting literature reviews and basic research on product nutritional composition including macronutrients, micronutrients, and bioactive compounds
- Strong analytical thinking, scientific problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with basic food safety and stability testing
- Basic theoretical understanding of Indonesian food industry regulations and standards including BPOM and HALAL
- Able to adapt quickly to rapid changes and possesses a strong willingness to learn
- Good written and oral presentation skills in both Indonesian and English, especially in understanding scientific journals
- Strong cross-functional team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work full-time on-site for the entire internship duration
Job Description
- Assist the R&D team in product formulation, reformulation, and documentation processes
- Help prepare and organize documents required for facility regulations and standards such as BPOM and Halal
- Participate in and support the observation of production trials with the R&D team
- Help calculate nutrition facts and ensure label compliance with BPOM regulations
- Conduct scientific literature reviews to help build evidence supporting nutrition claims and assist in creating product knowledge materials or FAQs
- Follow scientific literature in the functional food business and contribute creative ideas for new products and projects
