Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in R&D in the food industry (preferably in product development or innovation).
- Expertise in food safety and regulatory requirements (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with food production processes, formulations, and cost analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Innovate and Conduct regular market research to anticipate consumer needs, identify new product opportunities.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, regulatory, and quality assurance) to align product development with business goals and market needs.
- Conduct and oversee experiments to determine the effectiveness of ingredients, formulations, and processes.
- Manage sensory evaluations (taste tests, texture analysis, consumer preference tests) and use insights to drive improvements.
